I've been in the SAP Analytics space for quite some time, and always eager to look out for good books to improve my knowledge base. Quite often than not, you come across repetitive stuff & seldom it happens that you come across such good book focussed on SCM analytics. For my current project, I had been looking around for information on SCM & I hit this book. One of the key aspects of this book, which appealed to me was that it had good storyline crafted on each scenario making it easier for the audience from various background to grasp it quickly. It also helps us in building the right business case by asking the right questions & how to outline the proper execution model for a typical BW project & this should certainly come from the years of experience the authors must have in this space. This books address the key challenges that we consultants face the most - right inventory of all datasources relevant for specific industry scenarios that are difficult to find in one place & in a pattern that is easy to digest. I felt that the book would also be a good knowledge base for Business SuperUser who want to understand the KPIs in depth , yet be able to grasp the non-techie information. I would certainly love to read from the authors in other Analytics space as well.
